Thank you for considering the Waterloo Brown Bottle for hosting your party. We have been assisting families and businesses with their parties for over 35 years. In that time we have refined our services to insure the best quality, and the least worry for you. We have assembled this packet to outline your various options.

Party Areas Available

Crest Room

(Private) -- accommodates up to 40 people.
Tables are rectangular with white tablecloths and teal cloth napkins.
Tables can be arranged in one long table, four tables of 10, or one square table depending upon the number in your party.

Back Room (pic)

(Divided by a curtain) -- one side seats up to 65 people; other side up to 50 people.
65 people -- rectangular tables seating 8-12 people, with white tablecloths and teal napkins. On some occasions, it is possible to use the round tables on this side also.
50 people -- round tables covered with white tablecloths and teal cloth napkins. The tables can seat 8-10 people comfortably.

Our Main Dinning Room

Provides areas that will accommodate seating for groups of 8 to 20 guests for a more casual setting. These tables will be set with cloth teal napkins without tablecloths.

Table Centerpieces

Tables will have centerpieces of short votive candles in cut glass shades.
Note: You can decorate the tables yourselves in addition to, or instead of, our centerpieces. Long streamers, shorter balloon bouquets, votive, or floating candles on mirrors are very popular. We would ask that you not use glitter or confetti.

An additional cost of $10.00 per table choice:

1. Bouquets of silk Hydrangeas and Magnolias in plum and cream colors, centered on gold lame table runners. In the center of each bouquet are tall tapers that can be in your choice of color.

2. Grapevine and ivy wreath, wrapped around three staggered Chianti bottles with tall tapers of your choice of color.

3. Three clear cylinders, of varying heights, on square mirrors, with floating white candles in them.

Deposits

When reserving your party, you may be subject to the following charges:

$100.00 party deposit for groups of 60 or less
$500.00 for larger groups

Arranged deposits will be charged to a major credit card. Deposits will be refunded or applied to your bill on the day of the party. The deposit will also be refunded if your reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to your reservation. If however the cancellation occurs within 14 days of the reservation, the deposit will be forfeited to the Waterloo Brown Bottle.

Minimum Charges

If your reservations require a private room, you will be obligated to a minimum purchase of $300.00 for the Crest Room, and $1500.00 for the complete Back Room. We allow the first 2 ½ hours from the reserved time at no charge. Continuing services are subject to additional charges per half hour.

Menu Styles

Brown Bottle Party Menu

Offers 15 entrees, including Prime Rib. It has the Brown Bottle logo on the front, with the entrée choice inside. This is the most often used menu for our larger groups. The prices on this menu range from $13.95 to $19.95 per entrée. . Beverages, 7% sales tax, and gratuities are additional.

Tent style menu

Folds into a tent that stands on the table. Your names, or message, and the date chosen would be on the front, with your entree choices on the center page. With this style menu you may have a maximum of four entree choices.

Open Page style menu (pic)

Has your names, or message and the date chosen on the top with your entrée choices listed below. This style has a maximum of six entrees, and is laid flat on the table. For either of these two styles, the prices range from $13.95 to $19.95 per entree, and may be selected from the Menu Choices sheet. Beverages, 7% sales tax, and gratuities are additional. Children 12 and under may order from our Children's Menu with pricing at $4.75. All pricing is subject to change.

Note: Tent and Open Page menu styles are most often selected for rehearsal dinners and family celebrations, i.e. birthdays and anniversaries. They offer the opportunity to personalize the menu by choosing your own entrees off the Menu Choices sheet.

Bar Choices

Open bar -- includes all alcoholic beverages on your bill
Cash bar - individuals are responsible for purchasing their own alcoholic beverages
Specific Number -- a specific number of drinks per person is provided
Beer and Wine -- pitchers of domestic draught beer and bottles of wine are provided, with all other alcoholic beverages on a cash bar basis. Pitchers of domestic draught beer average $9.50,
Bottled wines average $16.00.

Gratuity

A 17% gratuity will be added to groups of 8 or more.

We ask that the number of people, the menu, and the bar option chosen all be finalized 48 hours prior to your reservation. This information must be confirmed with one of our managers any day after 4:00pm.
